It is with a heavy heart that we announce that the 2016 Race to the Lake 5K/10K road race is being cancelled due to a lack of participation. We were excited at the opportunity of creating a signature road race event in Jefferson Parish and Kenner, LA. And, with the unique course design of participants running along the banks of Lake Pontchartrain, this beautiful backdrop was a unique addition to the event.
All participants that have registered will be refunded in full for their entry which will be credited back to their account through Eventbrite. Please allow 5-10 business days to allow for this process.
Thank you for supporting Race to the Lake over the years and we wish you only great adventures in your future endeavors.
